Election `Day` begins in Florida with millions of ballots heading out to voter mailboxes

Election Day is still more than five weeks away, but presidential voting in Florida is about to begin — in a big way. On Thursday alone, the Broward and Palm Beach county elections offices will send out more than 635,000 vote-by-mail ballots, kicking off an unprecedented shift in when and how people vote.
